Quality is inconsistent. stop stealing for dedicated customers

the quality, texture and cure pattern for the same hair is inconsistent. I bought 4 bundles of hair and can only use one. Wasted money and horrible response and exchange policy. I picked up the hair this time bc the last time I had missing products from a shipped order.

The suggestion giving to me was insulting.

The wig sheds a lot and the box only came with the lace front wig. Considering your competition that package other items for a similar price margin. I wasn’t impressed with the construction of the wig and unplucked. I bought a U-part and lace front wig. U-part wig construction was better but still sheds.
