Product was disappointing, but the delivery time was perfect. I like the black box packing as well.

Customer service was great. I wish there was a way to return because of quality issues.

Hair was not up to standard. Literally came with dozens of rainbow colored threads and had a terrible smell. Very disappointed

I bought hair from here and it did not look like the picture, the color was completely different. Then when I tried to return, they didn't even refund me the correct amount. Had to email like 20 times. extremely difficult.
