Bad service

I won't buy from them again. Despite their great reviews, my extensions were so disappointing. They were so thin and sparse. They're thin from the weft and just get more scraggly from there, practically disappearing. I ordered 22" and some Didn’t even go to that length. Currently dealing with customer service, which is NOT customer friendly. Will not buy from again.

Hi there, I’ve recently reached out regarding very dry and synthetic feeling extensions and now the clips are beginning to come undone and fall off. I’ve spent over $700 on these two sets of extensions and I could not be more disappointed with the quality. I would really appreciate if the situation was dealt with a appropriately and that something be done such as a refund because at this point I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the product I’ve received. $700 for what I got is absolutely unbelievable.
