Hair was not up to standard. Literally came with dozens of rainbow colored threads and had a terrible smell. Very disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. I received the wrong length and type of curl compared to what I ordered. I previously ordered from this company around three years ago, and the product was excellent, which is why I decided to place a repeat order. Unfortunately, this time the product I received is completely different from what I expected and ordered. Considering how expensive it was, this is very disappointing and frustrating. I expected the same quality as my previous purchase, but sadly, this was not the case

I bought hair from here and it did not look like the picture, the color was completely different. Then when I tried to return, they didn't even refund me the correct amount. Had to email like 20 times. extremely difficult.

It’s been pass a week and I still haven’t received my hair.
