The quality of the hair isn't worth the price

I send one email and the response I received was too general. I really wanted this hair, but since we can't even temper with a sample, it's impossible to tell what the curls will look like after a wash or five.

The product title is misleading. The color is 100% honey blonde and not ash blonde

Didn’t respond back to my email , had purchased some hair, been a customer since 2019 and always purchased from here I was shocked how bad the customer service is.. I will not shop here ever again. The hair came and it was so dry! It’s not good hair
