Shipping service and packaging was good and product worked great with bishop liner but button isn’t the most durable

I love the versatility of being wireless. However, one of the batteries only last for 2.5 hours at 9.5-8.5 volts. It's clearly defective out of the box and now I have to go through the arduous process to get it fixed/replaced. Just want something that works and lasts. Definitely disappointed with this considering how expensive it is.
