I was charged almost half of the total value that I paid for, by the delivery man, in order to being able to collect my package, this is in addition to the amount that covered shipping and bundle accordingly to what you told me. This made me felt like the delivery man was trying to scam me, because I was requested to pay in cash, I proceed to call DHL the company you hired to complete the shipping and they told me that you must’ve advised me or informed about this or have it covered yourself. Something like this must be informed I hope there’s something that went unnoticed or a first timer. How ever Im very pleased by the performance of the machines so far!
