Customer service was awful. They didn’t provide me with a proper resolution despite me contacting them twice. I was supposed to receive a complimentary Acne Propolis Fighting Kit along with my order and it was missing. It was the main reason I purchased from the main Cosrx site, and not retailers like ulta. I was missing that kit and as apology, the customer service offered a 15% off coupon for orders above $30. I’m sorry but this is ridiculous, hilarious and unacceptable resolution. A proper resolution would be sending out a different kit as a replacement and apology to try something different instead. Or AT LEAST a decent coupon like free shipping + something % off, no minimum requirement, like other decent reputable retailers give out to deal with incidents like this.
