Shipping was awful. I received my product and it was shipped damaged and package was opened. After days of back and forth with customer service and sending pictures, they did nothing to fix my issues

my package was lost. It was never received.

Overall 2 of 4 products were great (Patches) and 2 of 4 ordered caused reactions (serum and lotion) and didn't want to go through hassle of filling out a kind of unoffical looking google form to try to get a refund when customer service wouldn't issue a refund. Overall, a waste of $40 or so for the two bad products, not super happy about that.

Firstly, If I'm putting order in Canada I should see price in CAD NOT USD, I thought I was paying 80 bucks but ended up paying 118. Secondly, I should be told about the shipment from US, I had to catch my flight and the product came in the last minutes. Thirdly, there was no tracking nothing whatsoever, I just got it luckily without any notification or anything

Did not ever receive my order!!!
