Never received the product I ordered.

I ordered these products more than 2 weeks ago and i just received them ! And you guys didn’t include my last name in the package! Shame on you ! Last time ordering from this shitty website

I paid over 200.00 and when my order finally arrived it was missing an item. I called customer service several times. No answer. Sent two emails. Still no answer. Please either send my product or issue me a refund

I just opened my package which took awhile to receive and found my package missed an item on my order. I was charged for the entire order too. The missing item was the Purity Clean, a whole bottle!! I weighed the box with the remaining items that I did receive and it matched the postage stamp. If my Purity Clean was included, the weight would have been at least 8 oz more, as the Purity Solution alone is 6 oz with its box. This is unacceptable

I placed an order on 11/20/20. I never received an email to confirm the order had shipped. This is the second time this has happened this month. Last time I had to call in for my order to get sent out then found out the face wash I wanted was out of stock, so I ordered a different face wash (200063199) assuming it wasn’t out of stock because the website didn’t indicate it was, but the same thing happened again no tracking # for shipping, email, follow up etc. At this point it’s frustrating because it’s been a month and it’s happened twice!!! It’s frustrating because no one has reached to let me know what's going on either time. I’ve been the one to call in and email. I tried to call today but no available to answer. I have paid for the product via after pay and would like to no if and when the face wash is going to be shipped out.
