Order marked as delivered, but never received. Was charged (obviously). Contacted customer service, Kaleigh who was very kind, unfortunately told me the products I ordered are now out of stock. Seems fishy like they were trying to see if I noticed they wouldn’t be delivered. This was my first time attempting to order from Cosmedix. Unfortunate will never attempt again after this bad experience

I payed 80 bucks for just to little eye things wow

I ordered on sept 7 and it is now sept 24 and my order still hasn’t arrived. I sent two emails and left a vm to check on my order and no one returned them. I finally reached someone yesterday and I have a shipping confirmation now of sept 28. Its not the shipping that is delayed. It’s getting out for shipping which on webpage it states 1-2 business days to process order. The woman I spoke to said shipping was the issue. I only got shipping confirmation after I called to complain on the 23rd. I will not be using you again in the future.

I reached out about an order I made on September 3rd that had not been shipped yet while an order I placed a couple of days later had been received. I did not hear anything back from support.
