Ordered a month ago and still haven’t received it!! Very disappointed with how long the shipping has taken!!!

Since the COVID 19 San Francisco has been close for year , we has most strict regulation then rest the country , we just reopen for two mouth but I got the email last mouth from your company to close my account because I didn’t order last year , lm so dumbfounded l had been with your co 20 years ,in the difficult time your company didn’t extend any help for the long turn custermer .

Returned wring item ordered

Was looking forward to receive my 2 age-defying skin kits as I love the company and I got them on sale. Unfortunately, I can’t say that l love the products. The benefit clean cleanser is very gently but does nothing for people prone to acne skin. I think the company relies on serum 16 to fix that, but I found that once I apply the serum and then the emulsion I get even more acne. The emulsion hydration is extremely tick, smells very unpleasantly and peels from the skin once applied so I would never be able to put make up on top of it. The serum 16 and cell id are fine (note: they don’t hydrate at all so you can’t apply on their own), but for two weeks of use I haven’t seen any change in my fine lines. Overall, I will not purchase the kit again or the full size products, which is extremely sad as I love the company.

They refused to change the zip code on the order, now I can’t even get my item shipped to me. Bad customer service
