The website was not very easy to deal with. They were having a bogo sale and gave a code to use at check out but it didn't look like it took. So I did my order over and still can't tell if it took so called and they said they didn't see that I used the code even though I did but it didn't add the second product and they weren't going to honor it. Called a second time and got someone to add a second product. Still haven't received the second product. Was going to buy some cleanser as well but I think i will just call my former place of employment for it vs dealing with the website or just use something different all together.

I love the products & so do my clients. They work beautifully and there’s a good range for all skin types & concerns. I HATE that you blatantly market to my clients & offer them sales & specials that I can’t compete. So they by online from you instead of in store with me which causes me to loose tons of profit! I take the time to perform the service, skin analysis & make recommendations. I don’t like that there’s an official amazon store & I don’t like that you text & email market to my clients! I’m on the fence about continuing with the rewards program because then you’ll just take their email & Marley to them!

I love your products and I love the layout of the website, but more than half the time when I go on it the website it isn’t working. I’ve had to make orders over the phone or thru your Instagram page.

I haven't been able to get into my pro site for months.Now there is a new and improved site with two pages of login instructions and still can't access. Please contact me at your earliest convenience to rectify the situation. My email does not show up in the system. I have been a pro since 2016

In my normal box set I got two cleaners and not one of the serums. I can't get a response from customer service. So I cannot use anything because I don't know if they will have me ship it back. No great with Customer service but the products are wonderful and worth every penny.
