Tried to use the lucky day promo code on the shop now link. None of the products I selected were eligible but there was no where to get his information. Upon calling for help the rep was very rude and told me to try back another time. Horrible site and horrible customer service so i decided not to buy the items in my cart.

I have been let down by Cosmetix. Their customer service, has tried, but does not deliver.

Most of their products work well to improve skin condition but the company’s return policy is horrible.

I spend thousands of dollars, when I shouldn’t, but as an esthetician I must. I have had a negative experience the past two ordering times.

Never received. How can you rate something that you never received? I never even received a tracking number. I had to contact CS for that.
