Packages are coming two weeks later than I expected for a large opening order!!!

Happy with my products, but for the amount I bought, which was a lot, to get two measly packet samples seems cheap. Frankly think they could make the customer feel more special , as a two way street. Also shipping took pretty long.

When I placed my order, the eye serum was in stock. After my package came, supposedly it was out of stock and I was placed in a waiting list. This is not efficient. It doesn’t work if you have to be on a waiting list for a long time and also almost every product I want is never in stock.

Had trouble numerous times trying just to put my name in to register. Will only accept all small letters. Been kicked off of site several times while trying to order. Very frustrating. Also, order I placed first (several weeks ago) still isn't here, with no explanation but most recent order came in a week. Overall, I think it's too hard to order online, and probably not worth the trouble.

i love the products......disappointed I cant find a spa to purchase the eye doctor
