My daugther loves Cosmedix products but the bottle that the Purity Toner comes in is terrible. We have had three bottles crack and the toner leak out. Cosmedix customer service is great but I feel that the bottle the toner comes in should definitely be changed. We recently ordered another bottle of the toner and it was cracked when my daughter opened the box that it was shipped in. Everything in the box was wet from the toner that had leaked out. At $30plus per bottle, this problem with the bottle should be addressed.

Shipping took way too long! Even if you’re new to a good company you have to be grateful for your job and get things done within a few days not weeks later! Products are good but service at the main warehouse is poor. Hopefully this never happens again

Cosmedix site is clear and simple to navigate. While I appreciate all the marketing promotions from the site, the most popular items (ie- Benefit Clean, Mystic, Replenish) are usually out of stock. Also, where did Replenish go? It is no longer listed on the site. Because of the inconsistencies in the site, I end up having to purchase elsewhere. I am a brand loyalist and love the products.

While I do like the products, the processing before shipment takes too long and I end up going without my essential skin care routine for weeks. I placed an order on September 4th which did not ship for nearly 2 weeks. If reordering give yourself at least 2 weeks to receive your order.

I have only been using simply brilliant for a week, so haven’t noticed results yet. But I am looking forward to seeing s my skin tone evened out. I have minimal sun damage and some redness, would love to feel my skin glow and not feel the need to wear foundation.
