I tried to reach customer service after my item hadn't shipped for almost two weeks. They told me they couldn't talk and would call me back. I never received a call back. I am still waiting on the order and am now approaching almost three weeks of waiting.

So long time of delivery

I order from the professional website. I own a salon & spa, of which I order larger quantities for backbar, and retail. Every single time I get online to place an order for my salon I am only able to order at least half of what I am in need of. Which does 2 things.. free shipping over $1,000 order. That’s great if there’s $1,000 in merchandise that I am able to purchase, and irritates my staff AND my clientele when we don’t keep our regular items in our spa rooms or on our retail shelves. There’s always multiple things out of stock. I never receive notices for items when they are restocked when I request emails. Your products are great, which is why we continue to stay with your company, however you have been very disappointing with inventory.

Just got back from a trip, haven't had time to try yet; will get back to review in two weeks or so. Bre

I love cosmedix products but often can’t get what I need because it’s out of stock. Most often shineless. It is out of stock nearly every time I try to place an order. I wanted to take advantage of a recent 25% off code and it was again out of stock. It’s been two weeks and it is still not available. It’s frustrating and I would love it if products were restocked more often.
