There was no follow-up after my first contact. Still waiting for any follow-up in my inquiry.

Jocelyn completed disregarded my complaint as soon as she realized I bought your product through Amazon and not through your website. She said that my batch number didn’t indicate any bad batches, however, I’ve been buying this product for five years now and this is the first time I’ve gotten a faulty product. I won’t purchase it again since eight out of 24 tubes of lip balm are clearly made wrong.

The item showed as delivered but the package was no where to be found. I waited and waited and it never arrived. I tried to contact USPS with no luck since their system showed it as delivered. Your policy of “once it’s with the carrier, it’s out of our control” is terrible. I paid for an item so I expect the item, regardless if the carrier lost or damaged it. It took way too much effort and back and forth just to get a refund. I would expect more from a company like Cliganic. Disappointing.
