Did not receive my prudish after almost a month

Not sure about this website. Seems to be bot driven and managed. The shopping experience is frustrating. Very low inventory. One star for their excellent product, however the wait to receive it was 2 weeks and no emails ab shipping or tracking. I reached out several times, and the replies were verbiage ab delays. No solid information. I don’t intend to continue w any further purchases here.

What happened to my order

Very poor customer service!! Very poor return policies when ordering through their website!!!

Postal strike in Canada so had no contact
