Bad product

I always thought they had top of the line products however. . . I wish they would make the documentation (COAs) on the said quality of their products available. . . why no transparency? I was hoping to use their products in my business but without documentation and transparency I sadly cannot.

Did not receive the item

I am so disappointed with your customer service and how you do business. Not being able to speak to a someone is terrible. My shipment will not be delivered to the right address and it will be sent back to you most likely. If I don't receive it I will be asking for my money back and will never order from you again even though a friend highly recommended your products. It doesn't matter how good your product is if your customer service is not good.
