Worn Out From Trying to Deal With Customer Service
I did a lot of research and finally decided to purchase from Cligantic. Two of the products in my order did not have safety seals, the tops were loose, and the product leaked out during shipping. I understand things happen during production. However, the customer service is awful. You cannot reach anyone by phone. It's emails back and forth. The email system is very difficult. I asked for a simple shipping label so I could ship the compromised products back for a refund or even exchange. Tomorrow will be two weeks since I received my order. It's still not resolved and I don't understand what the problem is. I received damaged items. I'm being asked to take photos of brown glass bottle you can't see through, find some kind of pen or marker to mark the liquid level on the bottle. The last email I received asked me to fill out a form I can't type anything in. I've just become exasperated. I don't know why they would treat someone like this who came to their business to purchase their product.
