If I could give a negative number of stars I would. I ordered 09-07-25. I received my order and two of my products had no seals and had leaked all over during shipping. It took until October 7th to get a partial refund approved for the two damaged products. As of Nov 1st I still don't have the refund. The rep I've been dealing with said they would look into it as they could see the refund did not go through in error. It is November 14th and I have not heard a word back. i believe this company is fake. I don't even trust using the products that were not damaged. I don't trust that they are legitimate. No legitimate business operates like this.

Unusable. The smell is horrible.

I reached out to you that your oil gave me allergic reactions. But no support from your side.

On October 10, 2025, I received my lemongrass oil which had a Best Buy date of 05/2025 to which I returned. Today, October 20, 2025 I received my replacement and this one too has a Best Buy date of 05/2025. Both products five months passed its Best Buy date. I have contacted Amazon and customer service to which I’ve gotten no help.
