Cliganic

The product is good. But the order arrived badly packaged. The seal inside the top was broken, the top was loose, and product had leeched into the box. There was a marginal depletion of product as a consequence. I reached out to Amazon, they sent me to you, you sent me to Amazon. And your CS rep is still writing telling me what you can't do, which is useless at best and annoying at least. Not good business.

The product came with a fillable vial for application, but it was impossible to use.

I contacted the company about a defective product and they basically told me that I should’ve tested all 6 of my lip balms in the set immediately and that since it’s past 30 days, basically too bad. Didn’t even offer me anything, not even a coupon.

Unfortunately my box came out with one empty bottle

I have purchased three bottles of Cliganic Rosehip oil and all the bottles leak. The bottles are made of glass so it's not something you would expect.
