customer service - bad experience.
I like your products and I will continue to purchase, but I had a bad experience with your customer service.
I received a bottle of jojoba oil and the pump didn't work. I requested a replacement pump. I was told that there were none available to send to me.
What?!?! That made no sense to me. You're the manufacturer.
So, I returned the product to Amazon, where I originally purchased it.
Then a couple days later, I received a replacement pump from your company.
What ?!?!
The entire experience was a huge waste of time, energy and product.
There's no reason why I should be told by the manufacturer that a replacement pump is not available, in the first place.
But, also the lack of communication to say that a pump had actually been sent out.
Ridiculous. Wasteful. Stressful for no reason.
