Not happy

I was over charged by $257. 00 and you had me contact my credit card for a refund. It would have been easier on me if you had done the refund. I will be waiting six months for my credit card to clear the problem.

No trust

You guys are not clear and not transparent enough about the ingredients of your products (i am talking here about the castor oil only). I don't trust what you said about the castor oil. You must be hiding something. How come you say your castor oil is unrefined while it is not stated on your package?

customer service - bad experience.

I like your products and I will continue to purchase, but I had a bad experience with your customer service. I received a bottle of jojoba oil and the pump didn't work. I requested a replacement pump. I was told that there were none available to send to me. What?!?! That made no sense to me. You're the manufacturer. So, I returned the product to Amazon, where I originally purchased it. Then a couple days later, I received a replacement pump from your company. What ?!?! The entire experience was a huge waste of time, energy and product. There's no reason why I should be told by the manufacturer that a replacement pump is not available, in the first place. But, also the lack of communication to say that a pump had actually been sent out. Ridiculous. Wasteful. Stressful for no reason.

Product Decent, Service Horrid.

This review is not of the product, which itself is fine. No better nor worse than any other Jojoba oil I have used. I purchased from the Cliganic Amazon shop, not a third party or gray market seller. It was a couple months after purchase that I started using the product. Shortly after that the pump stopped working. I reached out to Cliganic through the Amazon support page to ask where I may need able to purchase a replacement pump. The response I received from Cliganic was that since I did not purchase the product from their website they could offer no support, and instructed me to contact Amazon. I replied that all I wanted was some direction in locating a pump I could purchase that would fit, and was told again that they could not assist in any way and to contact Amazon. I purchased another brand locally, and will refill it as needed from my Cliganic bottle. I will not be purchasing Cliganic in the future.

No help with missing package

I ordered 29 days ago and have not received my order. It seems to be stalled with USPS and customer service told me I should be the one to follow up with the carrier to find my package. After the products I wanted were out of stock for more than a month, I finally was able to order them and now they are out of stock again and I still have no products. I set up a subscription but highly doubt they will be able to fulfill that either, but will gladly take my money. So disappointed in customer service, products are great, love the squalane oil, if they ever arrive and are in stock. Might have to stick with my backup products from Good Molecules from now on.
