Placing the order with prescription, was a real pain in the butt. Was told multiple times the doctors office needed to send the prescription. The doctors office had sent in the prescription! Turns out they were missing the pressure settings. Why wasn’t that explained to begin with? Instead, I get weekly letters saying my order is on hold... moving forward, to shipping, it seems like it took forever to ship and then to receive. Once received, I find all of the items crammed into the travel case of the Dreamstation. I’m still trying to sort everything out... all in all, I would not rate this purchase experience very high. This was not the experience I was anticipating. Purchase price and discounts are great! Everything else... not so much.

Love the price and subscription, but my order was stuck processing for almost a week before they even attempted to ship.

Great prices, but online order shipping options leave much to be desired. Waited 10 days for a mask to be delivered, while I would have happily paid for 2 day shipping if the option were available. Will not order from them again until faster shipping options are available for online orders.

I was satisfied with the service and the website, but waiting for weeks for my order when I specified that I needed the new power supply quickly was terrible. I had to sleep in an upright position every night until the power supply for my cpap finally showed up. I’m sure you guys understand that people can have a really hard time sleeping without a working cpap, so I don’t understand why you don’t have options for shipping. I would have gladly payed extra to get my order expedited.
