Good overall, but one item still hasn't come in, it either got lost or stolen.

This is only about the machine, the customer service I receive is far better than most companies. The machine was fine the first night, then I took the humidifier off to fill it and it never seemed to line up right after that. Made a howling noise. It takes four or five tries to get it to fit perfectly now. But at night with a partner sleeping that isn't ideal. But for the cost I guess I can deal with it.

My ordere was shipped quickly, however, it was the wrong size. I shipped it Navy the next day and have not heard back yet.
