Negative Supplement Order Experience
I ordered two of one supplement and only received one. They sent the second after I emailed them about the problem. I also ordered two of another supplement that was a BOGO. When they arrived, I saw the expiration date for all four bottles was only two months away. It would be impossible to use them up before the expiration date. This date should have been disclosed on the site in conjunction with the promotional offer. It is not the customer’s responsibility to help them clear unused expiring inventory. After a few harsh emails back and forth, they sent me a return label. However, of course, it was on me to get it to the post office. I was a former patient but have continued to order supplements from them. However, this was a very disappointing experience.
