product was on backorder, but this was not made known

The delivery took a long time compared to your competitors and the product was expired!!!

The box came soaked in oil and was completely destroyed. The product was not packaged well and leaked out into the box. I have emailed the company to try and get this matter resolved.

Terrible experience. Was told online and office customer service are not the same people. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone online for my online order assistance. Got no reply to my email asking why my order was canceled and could not get an answer when out of stock items will be replenished.

Bad experience. Product listing was incorrect and when I sent a customer service request to correct the issue, I received no response.
