This is one of my favorite brands of all time. I have loved everything I have tried by them. However, they take forever to ship things, especially during holiday season. Give an extra 2 weeks at least if you need something. My order that “shipped” on December 20 has not arrived yet and it’s January 8. They didn’t tell me it got delayed either, I had to reach out to them. Still, great stuff!

Delivery was slow, tracking was not accurate but product was well packed

Was told I’d get a return label days ago. Crickets.

I received the wrong product- not once but twice even after reaching out to customer support.

It was splotchy it didnt work even after two times
