I tried contacting your company left a couple messages in the voicemail have not heard anything from anyone really have tried to return this product

I paid $90 for shampoo and conditioner with expedited shipping on December 26th. It took 2 messages to customer support to get a reply. The second time they said they would refund my shipping fee. It still has not been refunded. I have not received my items even though it says “delivered. ” DO NOT ORDER

Receive brown shampoo and wanted copper and haven’t heard back from customer service

It would be nice to be able to return something you did not particularly care for once tried.
