It took a long time for my products to ship from the warehouse, overall though I was happy with the products.

the conditioner is too pale to actually take away the brass /yellow - there needs to be a picture of the product colour in the description for customers to view exactly what colour / consistency the product have

Although I love the product, one of the items leaked. Luckily, not much was lost, but I had some cleanup to do.

I have yo say it is not great…. I still haven’t received my order. Shipping used to be very fast now shipping takes forever. In this age of overnight or next day shipping taking 8-10 days is crazy
