I finished one box and my teeth did not get whitened a single bit

Have seen no change after multiple uses

I recently received a Deluxe Teeth Whitening Kit 35, and used it for the first time yesterday. Something is not right with the "gel"; it is not a gel, but the consistency of water, although it does taste like the material which I have used previously a couple of years ago. As a result, when I put it on the plastic tray, it just runs off into the sink. What shall I do? Does this sound like something you have seen?
