It’s now been 20 days and I haven’t heard anything from you!

The product is probably the worst I've used. Dont waste your money. The trays are huge and unless you want to drool all over yourself for 20 minutes, pass this one by. Spend the 200 dollars on a professionally fitted tray and dentist quality whitener like zoom. The light would be useful on its own with a properly fitted professional tray. Tastes horrible too.

It has almost been a month but I still could not recieve my product at Munich, Germany. This is unacceptable...

Do not buy this product! The trays are ill configured and even if you try the custom fit they are so bulky if your mouth isn't huge saliva just pours out after a minute or two...advice...take all the money you've wasted on whitening toothpaste and well marketed scam products like this one and go to a proper dentist for custom trays and professional whitening gel. In the trash day 1.
