No one was available at front desk to talk to me about products and didn’t have what I wanted

There has been a lot of staff turnover at the store. And although everyone is trained an bubblely for me personally I need to feel that the person doing the treatment knows my personal needs before I would let them do more advanced treatments, rather than scanning my folder before treatment.

They delivered it to a wrong address but they sent me a new parcel. Thanks!
