I had a regular online order that had worked well. However the last two were deliveries delayed some time. The second time I emailed to see when I could expect delivery. No response. I waited a week or so longer still no delivery or explanation. I canceled the order and the ongoing online order. I'm now looking to change product so I can rely on having easier access to my facial creams etc.

The online shopping website was a nightmare. There was writing overtop of sentences it took a lot of searching to find the product.

Did not change my skin.
