They didn't send me the product I ordered, but a different one instead. However, the person who helped me when I returned the package was very helpful.

Horribly overpriced, you can find them at a general store for a third of the price. And I didn’t even get the right product, I ordered something else….

Ordered almost 1 month ago and still has not shipped

The ad I saw gave the impression that a scooter and seat cover were the entire order. An extra battery was mentioned. After placing the order I received the seat cover and assumed the scooter would follow. After two contact attempts I was told only the seat cover was in the order. The ad is very misleading and should be changed.
