The ad I saw gave the impression that a scooter and seat cover were the entire order. An extra battery was mentioned. After placing the order I received the seat cover and assumed the scooter would follow. After two contact attempts I was told only the seat cover was in the order. The ad is very misleading and should be changed.

What do you sell if it is camera's I didn't get them

I received this package with only a toothbrush in it as you can see the package was sealed incorrectly. I contacted primal life and they referred me to you. Your phone number on the web sight is not in order. I just want the remainder of my order please. Thank you for your attention. Pictures enclosed.

Received wrong product… terrible customer service. Never answered calls. I pretty much got scammed
