Color on website not representative of what was shipped. Very disappointed.

Never received my items so can’t really rate them. Contacted the company and they stated they sent me another package but again never received my second package of my $100 worth of items. Was very excited to try these products but I guess I’ll never know.

The products were horrible. The nail strengthening polish peel in one day. One color I didn't like but there are not free returns & it wasn't worth paying the shipping costs to return. Customer service is rude & unhelpful. I threw the unopened, unused color I didn't like away. I will never order from Butter London directly again.

I have yet to receive my purchase. I am totally dis- satisfied! I would rate it ‘0’ I either want a full refund or the product. I would prefer the product. It was to have been here on the 18th.

Ordered 12 days ago, have not received my order yet. I finally reached out to the company to find order status and they replied it will ship after the 7th. It’s now the 14th and I still haven’t received my order. I don’t recommend this company.
