I placed an order before way before Christmas.The package had the wrong street address and ended up at the Fed-X distribution center! I had to go to the distribution to pick up the order. When the order was received it was incomplete! Getting in touch with customer service was a nightmare. Once i did get in touch, the items we re- shipped only to be wrong again! I have yet to speak to customer service again! My order is still incomplete !

i would like to return 5 of the bottles of nail polish that I ordered. I am not satisfied with the quality. They dry so fast that they streak.

We ordered the horoscope collection for a girl on our adopted star family. It took two weeks to get one item delivered from Atlanta to Kansas City. Additionally, the free gift they promised never materialized. Great product. Terrible customer service. I tried calling them, zero assistance

Ordered product 10/28/21. Still have not rec'd the package. It's now 12/9/21
