Spoiled product received

I received a spoiled product. I want to return it. I emailed multiple times about this issue. But no response.

Products leaked during shipment

When I got the package, at least two of the products had leaked into the box. It was an expensive purchase and my first order, so it was pretty disappointing. I've tried the products and so far they seem just okay.

Questionable shipping and customer service

I haven't received a shipping confirmation (ordered 11 days ago), which was promised in my order confirms. The customer service email address provided to me was invalid. I don't have great hope I will receive this order.
