Horrible product it took me 3 hours to untangle my hair for me with curly hair ot didn’t work and the smell is horrible 😩

I bought some products , they did not work for my hair . I requeya return refund for them and got the response of try again . I let them know I did and it doesn’t work in my hair and again requested a refund . As if yet they have not responded. It has been over a week since my request and now silence from them . Terrible customer service. They say they will redoing not happy with the products ?

Don't EVER ask for a survey and DEMAND that everything be answered. I won't open any more surveys from Boucleme.
