Refund please

I had tried to contact you to return product. The curl crème at any amount made my hair go straight after a few hours . So I tried the gel that I got as well and still not controlling enough.

Missing items from order

I am missing 2 products from my order and it’s been a week waiting for customer service to get this corrected. I love the products but customer service turn around time is lacking. Still have not gotten a response on how it’s getting resolved!!! Just that they are looking into it. Frustrated to say the least

Missing 2 products from my order I emailed as soon as I got the order and still have not had a reply from you! I’m loving the products I got but customer service is lacking at this point.

Lack of customer service follow up

Item ordered for the holiday with $28 express shipping charge paid. The website is a “US” site and nowhere does it say the item is located internationally. Needless to say, shipping took two weeks and the item arrived after the holiday. I have emailed customer service twice asking for follow up. No response.
