Arrived slowly, product is fine but did not work for me as it turns out i am allergic to the tape they use

Would have preferred a 2 way zoom to see who I was talking with and more information on the cup sizing as unfortunately I purchased 2 and they were not fitting post surgery. Postage was quick and easy. I am yet to use the scar tape.

Service was slow. I ordered it then had to send an email to ask if my purchase had been sent. Only after that did I receive an email saying the purchase had been processed etc. I don't like to complain but your customer shouldn't have to chase you up. It finally arrived weeks later. I understand post is slow and that is not your fault that is Australia Post!

Communication could be better, more upfront regarding status of item, when going to be back in stock esp when you are told at time of ordering it was in stock and would be shipped that day only to be told 2 days later when I followed up that it had been sold earlier that morning and needed to wait until bck in stock
