Communication could be better, more upfront regarding status of item, when going to be back in stock esp when you are told at time of ordering it was in stock and would be shipped that day only to be told 2 days later when I followed up that it had been sold earlier that morning and needed to wait until bck in stock

After a rocky start being ignored for 4 weeks despite numerous emails, my order was processed and arrived quite quickly. I’m blaming Covid but some communication would have been appreciated.

Product is great. Originally ordered

Product is great. Originally ordered and wasn't told until after ordering and paying that the item was on backorder. That in itself was fine, but there was no estimated time frame - would it be one week or 2 months? Who knows. I emailed to ask and got a quick response. It would have been nice to know an estimate before ordering and before my card was charged. Can't fault the product though.
