After a rocky start being ignored for 4 weeks despite numerous emails, my order was processed and arrived quite quickly. I’m blaming Covid but some communication would have been appreciated.

Packaging was damaged and not well packaged. Luckily product was sturdy

Product is great. Originally ordered and wasn't told until after ordering and paying that the item was on backorder. That in itself was fine, but there was no estimated time frame - would it be one week or 2 months? Who knows. I emailed to ask and got a quick response. It would have been nice to know an estimate before ordering and before my card was charged. Can't fault the product though.

Good product, customer service and shipping could have been quicker

The fitting was too loose for the garment to be useful (despite consulting and sending in requested measurements.) Shipping was ok.
