The overall quality of electrode pads for the Classic Tens has slipped in the last couple of years. Two & a half to three, out of five, I'm afraid.

Everything was good as regards selection,ordering and despatch...but I am extremely frustrated with this company's website and customer care as I have tried on numerous occasions to notify them that my name is NOT "Greenhills Centre"....that is part of my address! - I do actually have a name and would think better of them to update their records properly and that is why I have only rated them with 3 Stars.

I ordered 5 packets of electrodes but only 3 arrived the other 2 only after a complaint.
