Shipping was quick but pads are rubbish

I ordered a bra XL. I returned it because it was too small. Not simple to return. No returns label. No Had to ring and describe what was wrong. Took me ages to get a reply to my phone call and tell the guy what was wrong. I don’t know yet if I will get a refund but I will not be ordering again.

We have been waiting several days for a replacement easy tens we sent a cheque on the 2nd of September and it was cashed on the 11th we contacted you today but it didn’t seem very satisfactory hope to receive this item soon.
