1) Ships fast . 2) Products & its Battery life needs to improve to be able to handle heat , steam and water from shower long term . 3) My Back Scrubber & Ear Wax remover both lasted Aprx a year to a year in a half , had to replace both with new units during time frame. Back Scrubber wouldn’t hold a charge & Ear Wax remover would start on its own without me pressing start button while unit was simply sitting in shower . At times Ear Wax remover would wake me up in the middle of the night when would start on its own , loud noise . Battery 🪫 drain . Unit wouldn’t fully charge after about a year or so & one of the blue charging light indicators suddenly went dim some reason. 4) Received Scalp cleaner Aprx March 2024, as of December 2024 no problems with Scalp cleaner .

Shipping is terrible, the product is fantastic! Hopefully you receive it all. If some is loose in the box, customer service can send another although it may arrive in the same condition as the first.
