Product itself is fine. Packaging and time frame to get product are not very good. Seems as if something is always backordered.

Spigot was broken. I contacted you yesterday and haven’t heard back yet.

The only thing I don't like about buying products from Black Wolf company is that their shipping takes way too long and I get tired of waiting unlike other companies that have a faster shipping method. And for that reason, as much as I like most of their products, I don't think that I will be purchasing too much from them.
