Took along time to respond to my brush that stopped working and replace it.

The shipping process has been hell I can’t do a review as I don’t even have it yet it’s been a super long time and reached out to better and better support and it’s always first a automated response then they eventually days or longer after that have a person answer, pretty much lost my order in shipping and last time me that they’re sending another out to me and would let me know the shipping details and I sent another email about the eta and nothing but the automated response no actual response
