Were disappointed when no samples were included in most recent order. That usually helps with my next order.

Was disappointed when no samples were sent with my order of over €300.

I’m delighted with Dermalogica products, as ever. I have been for a long time. However, as a long standing customer I was very disappointed not to receive even one sample with my last order.

This is the 3rd time I've offered feedback and I have not received any acknowledgement from you. If you're not interested in engaging with the feedback, why ask?

Product delivery was very good as always however there were two products I wanted to re-order that were not available. When I contacted customer service about these I was very disappointed by the reply. I was told one was discontinued and that was it,no alternative suggested and I received no explaination why I was unable to order the other product. I have always bought from beauty skincare but the unwillingness to help by customer service has definitely left me looking at alternative suppliers.
