Unfortunately carrier had missed my address on the package and was trying to deliver to D24. As a result i ran out of product on holidays but when I arrived home package had arrived.

Fast delivery but the product feels like it is somewhat out of date. I have been using this exact moisturiser for a number of years and it is usually very light, this time it was a little thick in splodgy like it was gone off. Was completely different. Seems like it is an older batch

My recent discount of 15 % was not taken off 2 items I ordered. John emailed me to say this would be taken care of. Apart from this, I find the site very good and will continue to be a customer, Regards, Lisa Fitzsimons.

No nice packaging just bottles

Hi, I never received my delivery. An post were supposed to deliver it but they sent it to a sorting centre in Ravensdale and now are apparently returning to sender. I would like to request a refund please, or for you to resend the order.
